Funds Available to Local Lodges on an Annual Basis

$250 Fundraising Sponsorship


  • The State Lodge will sponsor 1 Local Lodge fundraising event per year, up to $250.
  • The funds will be dispersed to the Local Lodge prior to the event.
  • The Local Lodge must submit a request and indicate how the funds will be used.
  • The Local Lodge will submit 2-3 digital images of the event after it has occurred.


$500 Matching Funds for Fundraising Event


  • Submit request outlining fundraising event.
  • Include a brief financial report – gross profit, expenses, net profit.
  • Submit 2 – 3 digital images of the event.


Guidelines for Local Lodges to Receive Additional $500 Matching Funds

  • All Per Capita paperwork/payments to Secretary by due date(s).
  • Local lodge delegate must attend both Board of Director Meetings throughout the year.
  • At least 1 member from Local Lodge must attend the Annual State Conference. 
  • Host at least 1 event throughout the year that is open to all WI FOP Members (and submit digital images of event).
  • At least 2 members of local lodge must attend at least 1 other event hosted by WI FOP local lodge throughout the year.


Request Funds

Fundraising sponsorship requests should be submitted no later than 30 days prior to event.


Matching funds requests should be submitted no later than January 31st for the previous year.
