lodge fidelity bonding

The National and State Constitutions mandate our obligation to maintain fidelity bonds for officers or members with access to or control over lodge funds.

Hylant offers fidelity bonds through Hartford Insurance that meet all necessary national and state requirements—specifically, a $25,000 bond with a $250 deductible cost of $308 for a three-year premium.

Obtain Bonding

Each local lodge should submit an application for these bonds with their specific details. The State Lodge will reimburse the local lodge for the premium.

officer distress fund

The Officer Distress Fund is established to provide timely financial assistance to officers and their families in times of crisis or unforeseen personal hardship.

Applications for assistance may be submitted by any member of the Wisconsin State Lodge on their own behalf, on behalf of another member, or on behalf of non-members, including law enforcement officers and individuals working in related fields facing financial distress due to injury, illness, death, or other significant personal events.

Preference and priority will be given to members of the Wisconsin State Lodge, and their immediate families. While we remain committed to assisting non-member law enforcement officers and individuals in related fields, our primary focus will always be on providing aid to our members and their families.
