CURRENT PER CAPITA RATES

Full Year: $20.00 WI FOP + $11.50 National FOP = $31.50
Half Year: $10.00 WI FOP + $5.75 National FOP = $15.75

The National FOP also charges a $25.00 Administrative Fee with the first half. This fee offsets some of the costs associated with printing and mailing of lodge membership cards.

Payments can be made directly to the WI FOP for both State and National per capita.

Electronic Payments: The WI FOP accepts electronic payments via ACH debit from a bank account. In order to pay using this method, your lodge must have a current ACH authorization on file with WI FOP.
