Adding New members
Adding new members is an easy two-step process
Step 1
Add New Members to VUE Membership Database
The VUE System is available for all membership changes to be made electronically, saving time, and avoiding mistakes. Gains and losses in membership can only be completed by local secretaries, or a user specified on the Usage Agreement. Secretaries can also view their lodges’ membership roster online, as well as check per capita payments that have been deposited and if cards have been printed.
Step 2
Pay Per Capita for New Members
CURRENT PER CAPITA
Full Year: $20.00 WI FOP + $11.50 National FOP = $31.50
Half Year: $10.00 WI FOP + $5.75 National FOP = $15.75
Payments can be made directly to the WI FOP for both State and National per capita.
Electronic Payments: The WI FOP accepts electronic payments via ACH debit from a bank account. In order to pay using this method, your lodge must have a current ACH authorization on file with WI FOP. To initiate an electronic payment for new members, please click on the New Member Payment Authorization button.

*If you are paying by check, you MUST complete an ONLINE GAINS FORM and mail it with your payment.
YOU’RE DONE!
Once payment is received, the new member(s) will be approved by both the WI FOP and National FOP. A membership number will be assigned, and a membership card will be printed and mailed out.

The 2025 WI FOP Memorial Scholarship Program is accepting applications for those interested. Scholarships are available for FOP members, their family members, and Wisconsin residents pursuing a degree in criminal justice.
