President - Don Kapla I am an Active Law Enforcement Officer in my 12th year of service as a Washington Co. Deputy Sheriff. I first joined the FOP as a member of Cream City Lodge #8 in 2003. After a short time, myself and Brother Clark Mitchell chartered Kettle Moraine Lodge #10 in October 2004. I am serving my second term as the Chartering Vice President of that Lodge. In 2007 I was appointed to the position of State Lodge Sgt At Arms. In August 2008 at the Wisconsin State Lodge Conference, I accepted the nomination for the position of State Lodge Secretary, and was voted into office. After the untimely passing of State Lodge President Tim Lueptow, I expressed interest in carrying on his vision for the FOP in Wisconsin. The Executive Board consulted with the Grand Lodge, and I ultimately took the position of State Lodge President in March 2009. There have been a number of changes to the Executive Board over the past year, resulting in a vast pool of experience and knowledge to draw upon. We plan on focusing on core issues, spending time to help Subordinate Lodges grow, and assisting the membership in every way we can to help the Lodges flourish. As always, if you have any questions, comments or concerns - please feel free to contact me by the email or phone number listed above. |

Vice President - Kevin Warych Most importantly, it is a pleasure to serve you and promote the FOP. I am currently in my eighth year as a patrol officer for the Green Bay Police Department. I was introduced to the F.O.P shortly after being hired. I joined our local lodge in 2002 and became involved in the State Lodge in 2003. Over the years, I have held the positions of Sgt at Arms, 2nd Vice President, and Vice-President on the State Lodge Executive Board. I am eager and dedicated to serving the FOP Brothers and Sisters. I am look forward to strengthening fraternalism and fostering positive interaction between police officers and the communities we serve. I believe this Order can create this positive interaction by increasing the charitable giving, volunteering at community events and by helping the younger generations through scholarships. If your lodge needs assistance, please contact me. I promise you if I do not know the answer, I will find out who does. I am dedicated to the FOP and I enjoy working for you. |
